Some PTZ cameras have the option of being installed upright, or hanging down.
Such as the VSIP2MPPTZIRW, VSIPPTZ-2IRW-I, and VSIPPTZ-2IRW-I2.
When installing this camera it is necessary to select the “Install Mode”.
This setting can be found by logging in to the cameras web interface, and navigating to Setting > System > General. Select the Install Mode, then select Save.
