PTZ Linkage is an AI Tigger Action that can be used to call PTZ functions from other channels. For example to call a particular preset from the camera.
SMD is limited to only calling presets while IVS can be used to call Presets, Tour or pattern.
- Camera 1, Detects a target and triggers a SMD or IVS rule.
- The Rule then calls a preset of a different PTZ that overlooks that area.
- That PTZ may then have a IVS rule on that preset which then can trigger on that same target.
