In some cases, you may see a "Comms fail" notification on the HYYP mobile application.
This happens when there was a dialler being used on the alarm panel, but it has now been removed and the panel is unable to dial out to a monitoring centre.

Turn off the Dialler Function
To turn off the dialler function, the telephone number will need to be removed from Location 51, 52, 53 and 54.
The data for these locations should be " . " after the below steps are followed.
Enter 1479 (Default Installer Code, your code may be different) then press the * button to enter the Installer Menu.
Enter 51 *
Press "Switch" (Called "Mode" on earlier model keypads), then 0 *
Enter 52 *
Press "Switch" (Called "Mode" on earlier model keypads), then 0 *
Enter 53 *
Press "Switch" (Called "Mode" on earlier model keypads), then 0 *
Enter 54 *
Press "Switch" (Called "Mode" on earlier model keypads), then 0 *
Press ## to exit the installer settings
