When mounting the door station, ensure that it is at an adequate height so that it is easily accessible and not obscured.
Keep in mind what the camera is looking at, if it is looking at a wall, IR can reflect back into the lens and wash out the image at night.
When mounting the door station, ensure that the cable and rear door station are well protected from water. If water gets into the connector, cable or door station connections, the system will not work.

The INTIPRDSG can be surface or flush mounted.
Flush Mounting

The flush mount box is used when mounting the door station within the wall.
A hole will need to be cut in the wall, the size of the black back box.
Ensure the rubber washers are used when fastening the door station to the box, and silicone is applied around the box and cable entry when being installed to prevent water ingress.
The mounting box comes in 2 parts, an inner box which sits within the wall, and an outer box.

The INTIPDDS2 & INTIPDDS4 can only be surface mounted.
To mount the Door Station, remove the screw on the bottom of the Door Station and remove the front cover by pulling up from the bottom. This will reveal the mounting holes.
