If you receive an error when trying to connect to an NVR that says “Exceeded Maximum Connections”. Follow the steps below to adjust the connection limit.
- Log into the main menu of the NVR
- Navigate to network > port
- Increase the number of Max Connections . (On most recorders the maximum allowed number of connections is 128 )
