    Extracting and Viewing Logs From an Access Control Panel

    Extracting Events of an Access Control Panel that are being logged when SmartPSS has not been running.

     

     

    1. Navigate to Access Control > Log (By default searching here would only pull up logs recorded while Smart PSS is connected and opened, Note the 115 query size.)
    2. Select Extract, you will be prompted if you want to Extract the last 30 days of records. Select OK.


       
    3. You will be Notified when it starts and finishes. (Large amounts of records will take longer)

       
    4. Enter the Date and Time and Select Search, the newly extracted events will be viewable.  (event query size from 115 -> 135)
